The last step shouldn’t be copy and paste

Without it

  • Every article means copying text, re-uploading images and fixing formatting by hand.
  • Posts pile up in a doc because publishing is the chore nobody gets to.
  • Meta descriptions and slugs get skipped when you’re in a hurry.

With Evergreen AI

  • Articles arrive in your CMS formatted, with the header image in place.
  • Each one goes out on its calendar day, or waits for your approval.
  • Every article ships with a meta description and a clean slug.

How it works

Connect once, then it runs

  1. 1

    Connect your CMS

Pick your platform and connect it once in your settings.

  2. 2

    Choose how it publishes

Straight to live, as drafts for you to check, or held for your approval first.

  3. 3

    It publishes on schedule

It checks every 30 minutes for articles that are due and sends them out, updating a post rather than duplicating it.

In depth

Publishing that fits how you work

Review mode

Approve every article, or let it run

Turn auto-publish off and nothing goes out until you approve it. Your queue splits into Needs review, Approved and Published, and you can approve and publish now, or approve and schedule for later.
  • Approve and publish now, or approve and schedule
  • Reschedule or cancel anything that hasn’t gone out
  • An email when new articles are waiting for your review

Scheduling

Space a batch out in one go

Pick a start date and a rhythm, and a whole batch is spread across the weeks ahead. Days follow your site’s time zone.
  • All on one day, one a day, every other day, every three days or one a week
  • Weekdays only, if you’d rather
  • Change any single date afterwards

What arrives

Ready to go, not ready to fix

Each article lands with its title, body, meta description, slug and header image. Where your platform has its own image field, the header image goes there.
  • Draft or live, set for each connection
  • Publishing again updates the post, never duplicates it
  • Prefer to paste it yourself? Copy any article as Markdown or HTML

Which platform is your site on?

WordPress, Sanity, Shopify, Webflow, Wix and Ghost, or your own API. Connect it once and publishing takes care of itself.

Where it fits in the engine

  3. 03 Enhance
  4. 04 Publish
  5. 05 Track

Publish is where the engine’s work reaches your site. What the pipeline writes lands here, on the schedule your content calendar sets, or in your review queue first.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Which platforms can it publish to?

WordPress, Sanity, Shopify, Webflow, Wix and Ghost. If yours isn’t listed, the Custom API lets any site receive articles by implementing one endpoint, or you can copy any article as Markdown or HTML.

Can I check articles before they go live?

Yes, two ways. Publish them as drafts and review them in your CMS, or turn auto-publish off and approve each article in Evergreen AI first.

Can I choose when an article goes out?

You choose the day rather than the hour, and days follow your site’s time zone. Approve and schedule one article at a time, or spread a whole batch across the weeks ahead.

What happens if I publish an article again?

It updates the existing post instead of creating a duplicate.
